At orderMyfood, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient food delivery experience. Our Cancellation Policy outlines conditions under which you may cancel an order, along with any applicable fees. By using the orderMyfood app, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations by Customers

1.1 Timeframe for Cancellation

  • Before Confirmation: Orders can be canceled at no charge before they are confirmed by the restaurant.
  • After Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed by the restaurant, it cannot be canceled as preparation may have already begun.

1.2 Non-refundable Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of food items, confirmed orders are non-refundable. Once a restaurant has started preparing the food, we are unable to cancel or issue refunds.

2. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

If we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., restaurant unavailability, technical issues, weather conditions), you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued if the payment was already processed.

3. Refunds for Failed Deliveries

Refunds may be offered in specific cases, such as:

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please report it through the app or contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Quality Concerns: If there is an issue with food quality, please reach out to us immediately with details and, if possible, photographs.
