Welcome to orderMyfood! This Shipping & Return Policy outlines our delivery processes, estimated times, associated fees, and conditions under which returns may be accepted. By placing an order with orderMyfood, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Areas
orderMyfood currently offers delivery services in Gwalior. Orders placed outside our service area may not be accepted.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver orders promptly within the following estimated timeframes:
• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 30-45 minutes, depending on location and restaurant preparation times.
• Peak Hours & Delays: During busy periods, such as lunch and dinner hours, delivery may take longer. We appreciate your patience in these cases.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees may vary based on:
• Distance from Restaurant: Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from the vendor to the delivery address.
• Order Value: Orders above a certain value may qualify for discounted or free delivery (subject to current offers).
4. Order Tracking
Our app provides real-time tracking so you can monitor the status of your order from preparation to delivery.
5. Failed Deliveries
It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the specified address to receive the order. orderMyfood cannot guarantee redelivery if:
• The delivery location is inaccessible.
• No one is present to receive the order, or contact details are incorrect.
For failed deliveries, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds for missed deliveries are at the discretion of orderMyfood and may be issued based on specific circumstances.
6. Modifications & Cancellations
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate requests within reason, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
7. Return Policy
orderMyfood ensures that your food is delivered fresh and as ordered. However, we understand that issues may arise, and our return policy covers specific cases as follows:
7.1 Eligibility for Return or Compensation
We only offer returns or compensation in cases where:
• The delivered order is incorrect (e.g., wrong items).
• There is an issue with the quality of the food, which is verifiable upon delivery.
7.2 Reporting Issues
To qualify for a return or compensation, customers must report any issues within 10 minutes of receiving their order by contacting our support team. Reports made after this period will not be eligible for returns or compensation.
7.3 Resolution Process
Upon receiving a valid complaint, orderMyfood will review the issue and may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or credit the amount to the app wallet for future orders.
7.4 Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for orders once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer, except in cases outlined above.
