At orderMyfood, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with each order. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. By using the orderMyfood app, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

 

1. Non-Refundable Orders

 

Once an order is confirmed and food preparation has started, orderMyfood cannot provide a refund. Please review your order carefully before confirming it.

 

2. Refunds for Service-Related Issues

 

We are committed to delivering high-quality service. If an issue arises due to a fault on our side, such as:

• Incorrect delivery (e.g., wrong items delivered),

• Significant delay in delivery (beyond estimated delivery time due to internal issues),

• Unavailability of items after order confirmation,

 

We will review the issue and may issue a refund as applicable. All refund requests must be submitted within 10 minutes of receiving the order.

 

3. Refund Process for Online Payments

 

• Same-Day Refunds: For online payments, if you request a same-day refund, the amount will be credited to your orderMyfood app wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

• App Wallet: Refunds processed to the app wallet are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn.

• bank account: if customer want refund on bank account take 3-6 days on original souce of payment.

4. Final Decision and Complaint Window

 

All refund decisions are made solely by orderMyfood and are final. Customers must raise any complaints or refund requests within 10 minutes of receiving their food. After this period, no refund requests will be entertained.
